Frappe CRM on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS by cloudimg
Frappe CRM is a modern open-source sales CRM built on the Frappe framework and licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. This cloudimg image delivers a complete, self-hosted production deployment so you fully own and control your customer data: CRM v1.79.1 on Frappe version-15 served on port 80 by nginx in front of a gunicorn worker, with MariaDB and Redis preconfigured on loopback, background workers and a scheduler managed by supervisor, and a unique Administrator password, site database password and encryption key generated on the first boot of every VM. Backed by 24/7 expert support.
Run your sales process
Leads and deals move through configurable pipelines and statuses, with contacts and organizations, tasks and notes, and activity timelines that capture email and comments against each record. Kanban, list and group-by views let each team see the pipeline the way it works best, while assignment rules route new work to the right owner and service level agreements keep response times visible.
Secure by default
No shared or default credentials ship in the image. On first boot a one-shot service generates a fresh Frappe Administrator password, a fresh site database password and a new encryption key unique to that instance, and writes the administrator credentials to a root-only file. MariaDB and Redis are bound to localhost and are never exposed to the network.
Browse to the instance address at the /crm path and sign in as Administrator to configure your pipeline, invite your team, and start tracking leads and deals.
