Restreamer Live Streaming Server on Ubuntu 24.04 | 24/7 Support by cloudimg

Restreamer, the open source live streaming server for RTMP and SRT ingest, gated by a per VM login on first boot
datarhei Restreamer is the open source, self-hosted live streaming server. Ingest a live feed over RTMP or SRT from OBS Studio or a hardware encoder, then restream and publish it to YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook, Vimeo and other RTMP, SRT or HLS destinations, all from a polished web interface with no ongoing license cost.
The cloudimg image runs the official datarhei/restreamer Docker container - which bundles the datarhei Core, FFmpeg and the web UI - bound to loopback, fronted by nginx on port 80 with an unauthenticated /healthz endpoint for load balancer probes. The RTMP, RTMPS and SRT ingest ports are published for external encoders, and Restreamer's configuration, database and recordings live on a dedicated Azure data disk.
No default login. Restreamer's web UI and datarhei Core API are gated by an admin password generated on the first boot of every VM; the upstream default credential is overridden and rejected. No credential is shared across VMs and none is known at image capture.
Licensing - Apache 2.0, FREE. No per-seat or per-stream fee. The cloudimg charge (0.04 USD per vCPU/hour) covers packaging, security patching, image maintenance and 24/7 expert support.
