It introduces an interactive floor-plan experience that helps users see availability, choose a location, select a time slot, and confirm a booking from a familiar SharePoint-based interface.
Designed for Microsoft 365 and built natively for SharePoint Online, Booking Planner helps organisations replace fragmented booking spreadsheets, shared calendars, and disconnected reservation tools with a clean, intuitive interface that works on any modern SharePoint page. Users can browse buildings, floors, rooms, and desks, view availability at a glance, and make bookings while keeping booking records, floor-plan definitions, and related workspace data inside SharePoint.

Licensing and Trial Information
A 30-day trial will be automatically activated on deployment, giving you access to the entire feature set. After the trial period has ended, a free-tier licence with limited functionality will be applied. To permanently access the full functionality of Booking Planner, including all options available in the configuration and management panels, an active licence is required.
