Use Calendar Planner to visualise activity across time, Process Planner to move work through multi-stage processes, Booking Planner to manage desks and meeting rooms, Decision Planner to capture and revisit organisational decisions, and Resources Planner to balance forward demand against available capacity.

Each Planner runs inside Microsoft 365 as a SharePoint Framework solution. Operational data remains in your SharePoint environment, using the permissions, retention policies and governance controls already applied to your tenant.

Planner Suite is designed for organisations that want stronger planning capability without introducing another disconnected platform or moving operational data into a separate database.

The suite includes:

The individual Planner applications remain available separately through Microsoft Marketplace for organisations that only require a specific planning capability.
