NuHQ Knowledge is the knowledge system of record for growing companies. Updates, decisions, and answers accumulate in one connected place, current and permission-aware. Faster execution stops turning into faster rework.

Knowledge is AI-native, not AI-added. Every card, post, and file sits on one shared context layer NuHQ’s AI reads directly, so answers come back in plain language, inside the reader’s existing permissions. Nothing is indexed from the outside or bolted on after.

It is also one app in a connected platform. NuHQ runs its suite of apps on that same foundation, so a decision recorded in Knowledge is the same record elsewhere.

What it does

Answers questions instead of listing links. Ask in plain language and get a direct answer with its sources cited, drawn from cards, articles, posts, FAQs, and files.
Shows each person what changed. InfoStream, the home feed, carries the updates and group context that affect their work, and Focus for Today turns it into a short list to act on.
Organizes knowledge into a browsable library. Collections group cards and articles by subject, with the owner and group visible on each.
Puts a date on every card. Each card shows who owns it and when it was last verified, so nobody double-checks before acting.
Keeps itself current. Re-verification lands on owners’ task lists on a schedule, and AI flags likely duplicates before they publish and contradictions after.
Enforces one permission model everywhere. Access follows group membership, department visibility, collection placement, and publication state, including search and AI retrieval. Knowledge scales without becoming exposure.

Microsoft 365 integration

NuHQ Knowledge integrates with Microsoft 365 through the Microsoft Graph API:

Outlook Calendar - two-way event synchronization, with single-calendar and per-group calendar modes and group-level sync controls
Microsoft To Do - task synchronization between Knowledge and the user's To Do lists
OneDrive - upload files from Knowledge into a dedicated folder in the user's own OneDrive, and open them from there

Users connect from Settings, and can reconnect, disconnect, or sync existing items at any time.

Each user connects their own Microsoft 365 work account using delegated permissions. NuHQ Knowledge accesses only content that user can already access, and only within their own OneDrive.
