Inven for PowerPoint
by Inven
Analyze companies, deals, and markets, and turn the findings into client-ready deliverables
Inven for PowerPoint works in a task pane beside your slides. Analyze companies, deals, and markets and build client-ready slides directly in your open presentation. No exporting, no pasting between tools.
What you can ask for
- Company, investor and transaction research, written up as slides: "Find the three largest independent coffee roasters in Germany and add a slide summarising each."
- Longlists turned into slides from the saved lists you already keep in Inven.
- Profiles and tables placed on new slides, or into the slides you have selected.
- Rewrites and reformatting of slides already in the deck.
Saved workflows
The requests your team keeps going back to — a standard company profile, a market overview, the house format for a particular section — can be saved as workflows in Inven and run here by typing / in the pane and picking one. Everyone starts from the same instructions, so the same request produces the same shape of slide whoever asks for it, and editing a workflow in Inven changes what the next run does without anyone updating anything in PowerPoint.
Who uses it
Corporate development and M&A teams, private equity and venture investors, investment bankers, and strategy consultants — anyone whose week involves turning company research into a presentation. It is most useful if your firm already keeps company longlists and workflows in Inven.
How it works
The assistant reads the open presentation, so what it writes fits the deck it is going into, and it edits the deck only when you ask it to. You sign in with your Inven account from the task pane; Microsoft sign-in is not used and no Microsoft credentials are requested. What is read, and how long it is kept, is set out in the privacy policy.
Requirements
A paid Inven subscription with the PowerPoint add-in enabled for your organisation is required. There is no free version of the add-in, no trial inside it and no purchasing in it: it is a client for a service you subscribe to separately, and it does not work without an Inven account. To arrange a subscription, see https://www.inven.ai. Microsoft 365 is also required — PowerPoint on Windows, on Mac, or in a browser.
