ManageX Storage Insights consolidates Microsoft 365 storage analytics into a comprehensive dashboard. Administrators can analyze usage by workload, user, department, site, owner, file type, and time period, while comparing storage consumption across supported Microsoft 365 services.

ManageX Storage Insights helps IT teams identify and prioritize optimization candidates, estimate potential storage and cost impact, and make informed governance and remediation decisions. The solution is deployed within the customer’s Microsoft Azure environment and operates against the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant using customer-approved permissions.
